During the month of December ABC Inc. will upgrade our employee travel booking process to utilize a best in class online booking solution, Concur Travel. Concur streamlines the reservation process while keeping trip cost within corporate spending limits.
As you know, business travel cost is one of ABC Inc.’s highest controllable expenses. Our new online booking tool will provide significant savings through integration of our corporate travel policy and preferred suppliers while also empowering each employee to efficiently manage their own travel plans. While the emphasis of Concur Travel is online self-service booking, employees will still have the option to speak directly with a travel agent at Travel Leaders when the need arises.
Everyone's goal is to make ABC Inc.’s transition to our new online booking tool a success by improving both our traveler's experience while dramatically lowering monthly travel expense. To achieve these goals, we ask that each person use Concur Travel and provide any feedback to further improve your future use of the product.
